In 2022, relying on the legacy of his predecessors, Johnny.Shieh, a standout among the second generation of elevator professionals, founded the international elevator brand ScheinLift Elevator. Elevator production has long moved beyond the days of manual workshops. The extensive use of robotic arms has significantly enhanced product precision and quality. President Johnny Shieh recalls his early years in the machine shop with his father, witnessing the evolution of elevator production from rudimentary equipment to advanced bending and CNC devices. The inspiration for ScheinLift Elevator came from his university studies on the robotic arms of Victor Scheinman. Scheinman invented the world's first computer-controlled robotic arm, the Stanford Arm, a fully electric six-axis joint robot capable of precisely tracking any path in space. He expanded the application of robots to industrial production for assembly and arc welding. The use of robotic arms has also greatly improved the efficiency of elevator production, with the ability to produce a door panel in just 90 seconds when combined with a CNC machining center. Naming our global brand ScheinLift is both a tribute to the pioneering inventor and a representation of our commitment to modernization, innovation, and rapid customer response, dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for all business needs.
